班组群:
“班组群”是把来自数个连续年级的班级的学生组成-一个学习共同体。在这个学习共同体里.学生不仅与同龄同学共同学习,同时也与其他年龄段学生共同学习。
来自不同学科的教师组成“家庭式合作团队”, 共同负责整个班组群的所有学生在校期间的日常教育和管理工作。

“校中校”是把数个班组群的几百位学生、几十位教师组织起来,组建成-一个相对独立而内部开放融通的教育共同体。

3.0阿米巴是通过变革学校的组织生态,将学校重构为基于校中校和班组群的多样阿米巴。
各个阿米巴为相对独立的教育功能体,赋予其一定的管理权限和责任。 各个阿米巴根据学校的使命、责任和标准,制定自己阿米巴的工作目标、计划、方案,
并依靠全体成员的智慧和努力来完成目标。
每一位个体和各样阿米巴团队的系统、明确的责任制,是核心。 由此,保证学校的每-一个孩子的全面发展,都有一位教师和一个团队的教师共同负责。
通过这样的组织和责任的重构,让第一线的每一位教师和员工都能成为主角,成为责任担当者,主动参与,进而实现“孩子教育,学校担当”。
由此,从传统的学校金字塔式管理,变为积极主动的矩阵式管理,营造负责任、有担当的管理和运营模式。
