3.0教室，是为要与全球好学校比肩同行，但还没有机会建新学校/校区的学校，对学校局部的建筑空间及课程等进行有机整合而成。

尽管该教室只是学校局部有限空间建设，但无论在空间、设施的建设上，还是软件，如课程实施、教师发展、学生发展及评价上，

仍旧体现3.0学校的整体理念和实践。3.0教室，实际上是3.0学校的迷你解决方案，但可以带动众多的公立和民办学校整体软硬件的

升级换代，无论是乡镇、城市的学校，还是中国一带一路所覆盖的其他国家和地区的学校。

3.0 Classroom is as like the “Apple” mobile phone, which shall include the hardware, platform/system, and contents/applications.

 learning, instruction, student development with milestone projects embedded with performance assessment, 

teacher performance assessment with developmental phases.
